Biography:

I was raised in Colorado along side the majestic Rocky Mountains. I hold a BFA in Theatre Technology and Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a MFA in Theatre Practice with an emphasis in Dramaturgy from the University of Alberta. I love working in the performing arts. I have worked extensively in both theatre and opera. I am interested in exploring the different boundaries of theatre-making that dramaturgy can expand into. Currently I am investigating how a dramaturgy can engage with non-profit arts organizations through innovative administrative engagement, focusing on long-term development and audience engagement strategies. In my spare time (what's that?) I enjoy love hiking and trail running. As well as organizing local GLTBTQ social functions within the wonderful city I call home.

Areas of Expertise:

Devised Performance Dramatury, Dance Dramaturgy, and Production Dramaturgy. I also have extensive professional experience in opera & theatrical stage management. I also freelance as a lighting designer. I am currently exploring maco-dramaturgical applications for various non-profit arts organizations.
