Biography
I am a freelance dramaturg and administrative/literary consultant available to help with all of your dramaturgy, grant writing, and script support needs!
A recent NYC transplant and entrant into the dramaturgy community, I grew up in Rochester NY and have a MSc in Comparative Literature from the University of Edinburgh. I have worked for years in education and social services, and try my best to amplify these voices by empathetically incorporating the realities of growing up in poverty, discrimination, and code switching into my work. I love to explore the intersections of queerness, ethnicity, ability, and trauma with the emotions and troubles of coming of age, community, and modern relationships of all sorts. My research and work has been applauded by Univ of Edinburgh faculty and postgraduate journals and my creative work spans sketch comedy to musicals, classical and contemporary plays, and experimental theatre.
