Biography:

Tlaloc Rivas is a director, writer, dramaturg, and activist. He is a co-founder of the Latinx Theatre Commons, a Usual Suspect with New York Theatre Workshop, a member of the Dramatists Guild, and an associate member of Stage Directors & Choreographers. He is the recipient of a Creation Fund Award from National Performance Network for Anthem to Aztlán, a new work to premiere at Cara Mia Theatre (Dallas), Borderlands Theatre (Tucson), and Su Teatro (Denver) in 2017-18.
