CLEVELAND PLAY HOUSE (CPH), recipient of the 2015 Regional Theatre Tony Award, seeks an Associate Artistic Director. The qualified candidate is open, curious and collaborative with a minimum of five years of artistic and/or producing experience, preferably at a LORT Theatre.The exceptionally qualified candidate is also a theatre artist (director, designer, actor, writer, etc.) with demonstrated success in the field and a minimum of five LORT credits. Primary job responsibilities include: season planning, project generation, artistic oversight on three mainstage productions, mainstage work in artistic specialty, and mentorship of emerging artists. Candidates should possess broad knowledge of plays, musicals and contemporary artists and have excellent public speaking, communication, and management skills.
