Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA where I attended what is regarded as the best arts-focused high school in the US as a part of the Theater Department. After a brief, unsuccessful stint at a school in Virginia, I completed my Bachelor's at Marymount Manhattan College in New York, NY in Theatre Performance with a minor in History. I attempted "the acting thing" for two years, both in NYC and back home in LA before I applied and was accepted into the International Dramaturgy program at the Universitiet van Amsterdam in the Netherlands. While in this program I had the opportunity to go down to Cape Town, South Africa for a production of Antigone being put on by the University of Cape Town and the Magnet Theater. I have since completed my Master's Thesis and am now based in New Jersey in the NYC metro area.
