Biography
Marshall Botvinick is a dramaturg and playwright. He is currently a full-time lecturer in the Department of Theatre at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He holds an M.F.A. in Dramaturgy from the A.R.T. Institute at Harvard University. As a dramaturg, he has worked with the American Repertory Theater, PlayMakers Repertory Company, and Burning Coal Theater Company. He has also served as the Dramaturgy Coordinator for Region IV of the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. Marshall's plays have been developed at the Seven Devils Playwrights Conference, Palm Beach Dramaworks, Jewish Plays Project, ATHE New Play Workshop, and the Mid-America Theatre Conference.
