Biography
Jennifer Ezell is currently working on her PhD in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts, with an emphasis in Theatre, at Texas Tech University. She is an early career dramaturg with an interest in community engagement and new works.

Co-founder of Plays about Recoveries: a pedagogical framework positioning theatre as a primary vehicle for community resilience. By defining “recovery” as a spectrum encompassing substance use, grief, institutional healing, and beyond, the PAR model provides a low-barrier entry point for students to translate lived experience into collective artistic action.

She currently teaches Theatre History at the University of Oklahoma.
