LMDA has contracted a block of rooms at SDSU’s South Campus Plaza. as the most convenient and cost-friendly housing option stateside. There are options for shared or individual rooms on campus. For those interested in staying in Tijuana for the duration of the conference, we have two discounted hotel options to choose from. LMDA will offer group transportation to/from SDSU and CECUT for Friday and to/from The Old Globe on Saturday.
The conference schedule includes Thursday events at both SDSU/San Diego and CECUT/Tijuana. Friday, CECUT will host our full day of events in Tijuana and Saturday, The Old Globe will host our full day of events in San Diego. There will be additional events available for those who do not choose to cross borders.
You have the option of a private single occupancy dorm room or a shared room with other conference attendees (2-3 people total). Totals also include a $25 food card per day good at multiple nearby locations. (All rooms include linens, an ensuite bathroom, a microwave/minifridge, and free Wi-Fi.) Please select all nights you plan to stay at whichever rate you prefer.
Working through our conference partner CECUT, LMDA is able to offer attendees discounted rates at either of the following hotels. We will make a reservation for you. Note: space is limited. Payment is made upon arrival.
