Marissa (She/Her) is a Brooklyn-based, dramaturg, director, and arts administrator. She specializes in new play development, focusing on supporting playwrights in reaching their artistic goals. Marissa is a freelance dramaturg and has read with multiple organizations including Jewish Plays Project, the Playwrights Realm, KitchenDog Theater, and more.

Marissa is a graduate of Bard College and is trained in traditional, experimental, and devised theater. Marissa was also an artist-in-residence at Barn Arts Collective in Bass Harbor, Maine, and an Alliance of Jewish Theater Theatermacher. Currently, Marissa is pursuing her Master's in Arts & Cultural Management from Pratt Institute.
