Jason Haskins currently serves as the resident playwright and dramaturg for Alley Repertory Theater in Boise, Idaho. Jason is a playwright, screenwriter, novelist, and sports writer. He is the co-creator of Boise produced plays “Voices from the Boise Hole” and “Levi Middlebrooks: Back 2 Boyzee”. Jason has also written four full-length plays, all of which have had readings with Alley Repertory Theater (Boise, ID) and HomeGrown Theatre (Boise, ID). His one-act play One Night Stand is published with Heartland Plays and Jason’s fantasy novels, The Dragon Princess, The Blue Gem, and The Dragon Slayer have all been published, along with a novella titled Of Snow Forts and Santa. Jason has done dramaturgy work on productions for Alley Rep since 2013 on both plays and musicals, including (but not limited to): Indecent, Cabaret, Hot Asian Doctor Husband, The Royale, and HAIR.
