Biography
Frederick D. Miller is a current Theatre and Performance Studies PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a theatre historian, playwright, and dramaturg. Miller's dramaturgical work has informed recent and upcoming Off-Broadway revivals of THE GOODBYE GIRL, THE BAKER'S WIFE, and LUCKY STIFF, as well as productions at Music Theatre Wichita, the Duluth Playhouse, Allenberry Playhouse, the Forestburgh Playhouse, the University of Texas at Arlington, and Cumberland Valley High School. Miller holds an MA in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BA in Theatre and Comparative Literature from Penn State.
