Ronni Hom is a dramaturg, filmmaker, arts administrator, and multi-hyphenate artist. She graduated from Montclair State University with a BFA in Filmmaking and a BA in Theatre Studies. As a dramaturg, she is deeply interested and invested in the development of new works, uplifting underrepresented voices, and creating a more accessible future for the arts landscape. Ronni is also particularly excited by works that embrace multiple mediums or non-linear/non-traditional structures and conventions. She does also enjoy pieces which are historically relevant or considered “classic,” as she believes exploring the relationship between the past, present, and future is a crucial part of being human, and what better way to contemplate being human than through the arts?

Ronni has been a reader for Premiere Stages, The New Jersey Play Lab, and Centenary Stage Company, and is the Access Manager at Vivid Stage. She was one of three Career Accelerator Fellows with the New Jersey Theatre Alliance in 2024. In 2020 she helped form the film group Stone Owl, and was assistant director for their first film, Contrition. Ronni is currently a part of the 2024-25 Storyteller Studio cohort with the New Jersey Play Lab. Some of the non-work related joys in her life include eating dumplings, petting her cats, reading, crocheting, and a good thrift or antique store find.
