Kae Milne Twichell is a dramaturg, arts administrator, and writer focusing on new play development and immersive audience engagement. They recently graduated with their MA from the Theatre and Performance Research program at Florida State University. After receiving their BSW in Social Work and Theatre from Florida State, Kae worked in the Education department at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Currently, they are Season Dramaturg and the Audience Engagement and Access Associate at Creede Repertory Theatre.

Current research interests include spectatorship, immersive and site-specific performance, disability studies, and queer studies. Dramaturgically, they are interested in magical realism and questions of futurism and identity.
