Kit Milne Twichell is a dramaturg, arts administrator, and writer focusing on new play development and immersive audience engagement. They graduated in Spring 2024 with their MA from the Theatre and Performance Research program at Florida State University. After receiving their BSW in Social Work and Theatre from Florida State, Kit worked in the Education department at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. For the 2024 season, they were Season Dramaturg and Audience Engagement and Access Associate at Creede Repertory Theatre. Kit is currently the Arts Education and Community Engagement Manager at the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek, CO.

Current research interests include medicine and theatre, spectatorship, immersive and site-specific performance, disability studies, and queer studies. Dramaturgically, they are interested in magical realism and questions of folklore, institutional power, and identity.
