Linda Lombardi is a dramaturg and director attracted to work that shifts our perspective and broadens our understanding of the world. As a dramaturg and director, she serves as a bridge between the work and the public. Dramaturgy credits include BEHFARMAHEEN (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), BUILDING THE WALL (NNPN Rolling World Premiere), and over 25 productions as Literary Manager and Artistic Associate at Arena Stage, including ALL THE WAY, DISGRACED, and GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER. Directing credits include PERFECT ARRANGEMENT (world premiere); PRAMKICKER (DC premiere); HENRY IV, PART I; HENRY IV, PART II; HENRY V; DOMESTIC ANIMALS; AJAX; and THE WHITE DEVIL. Regionally, she has worked with OSF, Folger Theatre, Studio Theatre, Intiman Theatre, Taffety Punk Theatre Company, and Theater Alliance, among others. She is a member of the Artistic Council for the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s National Playwrights Conference, and a script reader/nominator for Playwrights’ Center and Seattle Public Theater’s Distillery Festival.
