Amy Rose works as the Literary Manager with Samuel French, Inc. where, over the course of six years, she has helped bring over 500 new plays to print. Additionally, she also serves as the Artistic Director for the Samuel French Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival, Manhattan’s oldest continuous short play festival, which is in its 39th year and will be running in August 2014. She has spoken on panels and in interviews for the Association of Authors and Representatives, the All-for-One Theatre Festival, TheatreChat, Theatre Geeks, The Brooklyn Rail, and The New York Post.
